YOUTH 5K registration is a regular 5K registration at a discounted price of $25 for youth ages 5-17. YOUTH 5K registration price includes the Official 2024 Life;Story dry-fit race shirt, finisher's medal, Chronotrack chip-timed race bib, professionally managed race course, and post race party food voucher. Youth who are registered for the 5K may also participate in the Life;Story Kids Dash at no additional cost, and do not need to complete a separate Kids Dash registration.

Virtual race packets for those registered by Monday, Sept 16 will be mailed USPS Priority on Friday, Sept 20. Virtual race packets for those who register after Sept 16 but before Sept. 25 will ship Sept 26. Registrations after Sept. 25 will ship on Sept 30. Shipping is included in the registration price. Virtual participants are encouraged to record their run or walk and upload their time, but it is not required. Virtual participants are not eligible for Overall or Age Group Race Awards.

Life;Story Kids Dash Closed
The Life;Story Kids Dash is age bracketed sprints of various distances. The Life;Story Kids Dash are a fun introduction to the sport of running, and therefore are not timed. All Life;Story Kids Dashers receive an official Life;Story race shirt, medal, and post race party food voucher.

Life;Story Kids Dash Info
The Life;Story Kids Dash start at 7AM under the Start/Finish arch. The Life;Story Kids Dash is age-bracketed sprints of varied distances, and are not timed. All Life;Story Kids Dash distances are contained within the immediate area of the Family Tower. Race staff will be in place forward of the Finish Line, holding signs to designate the age brackets. Kids will line up with their age bracket and run into the Finish Line to receive their medal, and rejoin their families.
Youth U-12 who are registered for the 5K are able to join in the Life;Story Kids Dash at no additional charge, and with no additional registration needed - just jump in with your age bracket and run!
All Life;Story Kids Dashers MUST BE REGISTERED to participate. Life;Story Kids Dash registration includes the official 2024 Life;Story race shirt, a medal, and a food voucher for the post-race party. This non-competitive event is designed to be a fun introduction to running.
*Life;Story Kids Dash race packets MUST be picked up at the pre race packet pick ups, or on race morning by 6:50AM.

FAQ's
Where does the race Start and Finish? The 5K, 10K and Life;Story Kids Dash all Start and Finish near the Family Tower at Nathan Benderson Park.
Are dogs and/or Strollers allowed? Yes! We ask that you start at the back of the Start corral so as not to impede those who are competing for Overall Awards.
Is there water on the course? Yes! The 5K has a water stop at mile 1.5. The 10K has water stops at miles 1.5, 3, and 4.5.
Where is Race Day Registration, Packet Pick Up and Volunteer Check In all located? On the ground (open air) level of the Family Tower.

Refund Policy
The Centerstone Life;Story 5K and 10K Run/Walk is a fundraiser for suicide prevention, therefore no refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Parking
There are approx 400 parking spaces available on the Family Tower Island of Nathan Benderson Park. Additional parking is located at UTC Mall and the Shoppe at UTC, with just a short walk to the park.
