Alley Loop Refund & Transfer Policy

• 50% REFUND until December 10th, 2023
  • Email events@cbnordic.org to requests a refund
• NO DEFERMENTS for future events
• RegShield registration protection policy can be purchased at the time of registration. Link to file a claim
  • If you purchase RegShield you are not eligible for the 50% refund.
    
    
• Transfers to an alternate athlete are permitted for $2 fee.

• Existing registrants wishing to transfer themselves into a different sub-event are likewise permitted, and will pay the event fee difference .
