The 1 April 2024 marks 100 years of service for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) as a distinct military element. The Centennial milestone places the RCAF in a unique position to honour its distinct heritage; recognize its tremendous people today; and generate excitement for its bright future. The RCAF Run is a Centennial activity that will connect current and former military and their families with Canadians, at home or abroad, through sport and fitness. We welcome participants of ALL abilities and fitness levels to achieve your fitness goals at your own pace! We invite you to "Earn Your Wings" with us!

REGISTRATION
Q: Can I change my distance or transfer my registration to a new participant?
A: You may transfer your event via your Race Roster Participant Dashboard. Please note the transfer deadline is April 30.
Q: Can I get a refund if I am unable to participate in the RCAF Run?
A: All entry fees are non-refundable. You can, however, transfer your registration to another person no later than April 30.
Q: What is included with event registration/race kit?
A:
PACKAGE A - $50 – Includes shirt, buff and medal
PACKAGE B - $30 – Includes buff and medal
PACKAGE C - $15 – In-person events only. Includes registration fee only. No merch is included.
Run bibs for any distance or package are NOT provided.
Q: Can I pick-up my race kit in-person?
A:
ALL race kits for participants who are registered for the Virtual RCAF Run event will be shipped directly to the shipping address indicated in your registration.
ALL race kits for in-person event participants will pick-up their race kit on-site prior to or at the event. Please see event details specific to your location.
Q: When will my race kit be shipped?
A: Race kits will begin shipping to registered participants in March 2024 and will continue to be shipped as participants register. Packages should be delivered within 14 days of registration. International shipping, or remote locations, may take longer. If you have not received your package within a reasonably timely manner, please contact us at rcafrun@outlook.com.
VIRTUAL EVENT
Q: What is a virtual race?
A: A virtual race is a race you can run at any location, at your pace, outside or on a treadmill, alone or with a group of friends.
Q: How long do I have to complete my virtual race?
A: You can complete your virtual race any day, any time during the race completion period (May 31 - June 16, 2024)
Q: Q: How do I record my participation manually?
A: You will need to:
i) Go to the results page of the event you're participating in. From the results page, click the "Submit a virtual result" button.
ii) To confirm your registration enter in your last name and confirmation number, or by signing into your Race Roster account.
iii) Once your registration is confirmed you will be prompted to enter your results and the results of anyone else that was included in your intiial registration. You are able to come back at a later time to post additional results.
iv) After your results are submitted, you will be able to view your results details and finisher certificate. Click on your name for your result details and finishers' certificate.
