The Bob Rumball Canadian Centre of Excellence for the Deaf (BRCCED) provides services to the Deaf, Deaf-blind and Hard of Hearing community. Our programs include children’s mental health, developmental services, senior’s services, educational programs, services for newcomers to Canada. Our mission is to provide care and opportunities in a communication-rich environment that enhances the quality of life of those we serve.
