My Story…
Hello! My name is Ainsley, and this year I will be running my 3rd marathon, and my 2nd TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon. This race is a little different however, as I would like to raise funds towards an organization near and dear to my heart- the Canadian Cancer Society. In 2022 my dad, Paul Corkum, passed away after fighting his battle with non-small cell lung cancer. This year I would like to raise funds in his name towards disease research, prevention, treatment, and to help other survivors and their families who are battling cancer.
My goal is to raise $2000 for the Canadian Cancer Society, and to anyone who is able to support me in this endeavour, I thank you and am so very grateful!
