My Story…
Hello,
My name is Aaron Bailey and I'm a certified ADHD Life Coach.
Not only am I an ADHD Life Coach, but I also live with ADHD. As someone who has and continues to experience the daily challenges (and successes) of ADHD, I understand the importance and need for ADHD awareness and education.
I'm honoured (and slightly terrified) to be running in my first ever half marathon to raise money for Canada's only national charity solely focused on ADHD; The Centre for ADHD Awareness Canada (CADDAC).
CADDAC offers wonderful services for youth, adults, and parents struggling with ADHD. I have personally seen the impact of their services as I have run their youth coaching group multiple times.
ADHD is a deep and complex disorder, by increasing the awareness and knowledge of ADHD, we can help so many people struggling feeling like they are "broken", alone, and feeling like they just don't fit into this world.
If you feel called to donate to this, please do so , and help de-stigmatize ADHD.
