Help Zahra raise money

Dearest friends and colleagues,

I can't believe it's already that time of year again! The TCS Toronto 5k Run, taking place on Saturday, October 19th, is just around the corner! I currently serve as a Board Director for the Agincourt Community Services Association, located in Scarborough North, and this will be my third year running in support of ACSA's fundraising efforts. 

As many of you might know, ACSA is a cause that is near and dear to my heart. ACSA is a multi-service agency that provides programs and services for families, children, youth, seniors, the homeless, newcomers, and vulnerable populations within the community. 

As a previous resident, born and raised in Scarborough-Agincourt, I wish to give back to the community that played a significant role in contributing to the person I am today and support ACSA's work in addressing the growing disparities in Scarborough-Agincourt and beyond. 

ACSA did not close its doors to the most vulnerable when the world was shutting down. ACSA continues to grapple with the secondary effects of the pandemic and an unstable economy, some of which are food insecurity, housing instability and homelessness. I ask you to join me on this journey, and support the tremendous work that ACSA has done and continues to do. Your support will make all the difference to ACSA's communities.
