My Story…

Aaniin! On October 19th, I'll be running the 5k race of the Toronto Waterfront Marathon. I am sponsored by Native Women Running, I'm so thankful to be chosen to represent Indigenous women in this sport!! Visit @nativewomenrunning on Instagram and Facebook. The local charity that I am fundraising for is Native Child and Family Services of Toronto (NCFST). NCFST has such an important role in the Indigenous community in Toronto. From family supports, youth programming, training, housing, shelters, cultural programming, Elders group...and so much more. I'm so thankful everyday for my health and am honoured and happy to run for those that can't and for our community! Chi Miigwetch to everyone 💜💜💜
