Who do I talk to about accessibility needs?
If you have accessibility concerns or any requests for accommodation, please contact run@larchecalgary.org so we can ensure the race day goes smoothly for you!
Are washrooms available at the venue?
Washrooms will be provided on-site and on course for event participants.
Is parking available at the venue?
Paid parking is available at Confluence Plaza (1300 12 Street NE).
Those with a Calgary Zoo membership may also park in the South Zoo parking lot. Please see the Calgary Zoo website for further details about registering for free parking.
Can I bring my pet?
For safety reasons, we ask that you don’t bring your pets if you are running or walking in one of our distances. Exceptions will be made for service animals.
Is the 1 kilometer obstacle course just for kids?
Although the 1 kilometer obstacle course is kid-friendly, we invite anyone of any age to participate!
How do I get my race package?
Race kits will be available for pick-up closer to our event date. Stay tuned for more information about when and where you can get yours!
Where does my registration fee go?
Funds raised at the Acera Insurance Run for L’Arche go directly to L’Arche Calgary. Whether you donate or participate as a runner, volunteer, or sponsor, your contribution helps create a community of belonging for over 100 people through L’Arche Calgary’s programs.
