At ten days old, Louis was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect and had to undergo emergency open heart surgery. The life-saving diagnosis, procedures, and ongoing treatment by the care team at Masonic Children's Hospital changed our lives. We will be running for all the heart warriors (past, present, and future), their families, and every single person involved in the research, care, and support of pediatric patients. We are eternally grateful to the community that has supported Lou and look forward to contributing to this amazing cause!
