Our story…

We are all in this together, moving more for YWCA ENCORE. ENCORE programs help so many women that have been through breast cancer to know that they are not alone.  Our specialized free after breast cancer movement programs can help to change women's lives. The wellness programs consist of ENCORE an after-breast cancer exercise program with an educational component; Pilates Beyond Breast Cancer and Walk Talk & Wander. The supportive network of friends is a special outcome of our programs, and we know the Road to Hope is never travelled alone.
