Join us for this 20th anniversary race presented by Northwood Office at a new and exciting venue- The Amp Ballantyne™- on April 20, 2024! With 1,500 participants in 2023, this Sara’s YMCA signature event is one of the largest road races in the Ballantyne area. Hit the pavement and make your footprints count in support of the YMCA Annual Campaign that gives youth an opportunity to play, learn and grow in a safe and thriving environment. With the community’s support in 2023, Run! Ballantyne raised over $100,000, providing hundreds of children the opportunity to participate in enriching, life-changing YMCA programs like preschool, after school, summer camp and sports.
As a special 20th Anniversary gift, the first 200 Registrants will receive a custom Run Ballantyne Hat!

Run! Ballantyne, Presented by Northwood Office, offers both 8k and 5k routes throughout the Ballantyne Corporate Park. Perfect for runners and walkers of all levels and ages - beginner to expert. Finishers will receive a custom die-cast finisher medal after crossing the vibrant finish line and everyone can enjoy a post-race party at The Amp filled with food trucks, DJ music, awards, sponsor row giveaways and more!

Refund Policy
- Due to the fundraising nature of YMCA of Greater Charlotte Annual Campaign events, race registrations are non-refundable & cannot be deferred to a future year.
- Making this event happen in person is a priority, but Race Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions.
- Registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to "Acts of God".
