Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra - PhilKids Program

Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra’s PhilKids program is the official recipient of funds raised at our annual Beat Beethoven event.

PhilKids is an after-school music program that is offered at no cost every week throughout the school year to 100 students from Calgary's Keeler Elementary and Falconridge School. This meaningful program creates opportunities for children to learn and experience orchestral music firsthand. Students who have positive encounters with musical mentors in childhood develop creative and personal benefits that last a lifetime.

Our goal this year is to fundraise $20,000! This amount will sponsor 20 kids and give them the opportunity to participate in PhilKids for one whole year. 100% of the amount fundraised will be donated to the program.
