Bright Eyes Dog Rescue

Bright Eyes Dog Rescue (BEDR) is a Saskatchewan-based non-profit, registered charity. We are 100% run by volunteers and rely on donations for our operations. To date, we have rescued and rehomed well over 3,000 dogs and puppies!

With a strong, dedicated network of 300+ volunteers, we exist to rescue stray, abandoned and surrendered dogs from communities throughout the province. We rehabilitate these dogs in the homes of dedicated volunteer foster families with big hearts.  We're constantly amazed by the generosity and kindness of our volunteers, even with the most difficult, sad cases - they prevail!

We offer ongoing support for our dogs even after adoption, post educational information and tips, host medical pop-up clinics for communities in need, and strive to help with the over population of pets by making sure all adult dogs in care are spayed/neutered before adoption, or part of our spay-and-return program.
