Celebrate Calgary’s western spirit by registering for the Alberta Boot Flapjack 15. Your virtual run or walk can be completed anywhere and on any surface (trail, road, treadmill, track), anytime during the Calgary Stampede (July 5-14, 2024), all while supporting the Youth Centres of Calgary (YCC) - a charity organization created to provide a safe space for vulnerable youth to just be kids, get food in their bellies, and build bonds.

Fundraising in support of Youth Centres of Calgary
Over the last 4 years, this event has raised over $18,000 for youth in Calgary.
Entry Fee Includes
Participants will receive:
- 2024 Flapjack "western shirt” fully sublimated technical singlet
- 2024 Flapjack finisher bolo tie
- Western-themed race bib
- Extra goodies for those who choose to receive their package at in-person package pick-up
- Chances to win additional swag throughout the race window
- Access to the Race Roster Leaderboard to see how your finish time compares against other cowfolks
- The option to track your virtual race on Runkeeper - your finishing time will automatically connect to the leaderboard
- Personalized virtual finisher's certificate upon completion

- The opportunity to raise funds for Calgary's vulnerable families through the Youth Centres of Calgary (YCC)

Refund Policy
Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds, transfers, medical comps or deferrals under any circumstances.
- Accurate shipping information must be entered upon registration. We are not responsible for misdeliveries or lost swag due to participant error.
GST and Processing Fee
Please note that each participant will be charged a processing fee plus 5% GST, in addition to the race entry fee.
Shipping and products are subject to 5% GST.
Virtual Race Information
Run or walk your race, your pace .... any time and any place!
Purchase your registration and select to collect your swag by in-person at Package Pick-up or to have it mailed to you. Run or walk your race anywhere and anytime between July 5-14, 2024.
We encourage registered participants to track their run or walk using Runkeeper, where your results will automatically sync with your Race Roster account and load right onto the Flapjack 15 Leaderboard. Alternatively, screen capture any fitness app or watch results (Garmin, Fitbit etc.) and manually upload your time.
All registered participants will receive detailed instructions for completing their virtual race prior to the start of the race period.
