Gate River Run Runners' Expo Booth Rental

1. The Gate River Run Runners' Expo is a three-day event held at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds located at 510 Fairgrounds Place, Jacksonville 32217.

2. 25,000+ visitors are expected over the three-day period.

3. All participants are required to pick up their race packets at the expo.

4. Booths are arranged in a maze so that all runners will have to pass every booth.

5. Food and drink are available at the Expo snack bar.

Thursday, February 29th - Noon until 6 PM

Friday, March 1st - 10 AM until 6 PM

Saturday, March 2nd - 8:30 AM until Noon

Wednesday, February 28th- 1 PM until 6 PM

Thursday, February 29th - 9 AM until noon

Load in docks are available from Franklin Street. See parking information.

Vendors will have reserved parking inside the Jacksonville Fairgrounds. Parking passes are not required on Wednesday, February 28th, but will be required on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Parking passes can be picked up at the Vendor Checkin booth in Expo Hall A.

Parking is located inside the Jacksonville Fairgrounds off A Philip Randolph Blvd. Just north of Duval Street.

Load in docks are located off Franklin Street. You can also park next to the Expo building inside the Fairgrounds on Wednesday, March 1st. This is a no-parking zone on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The vendor parking area off Franklin is no longer there so you will need to park inside the Fairgrounds property.

Vendors will need an official Gate River Run Vendor Badge to be able to enter the expo during setup hours on Thursday and Friday, but will not need a badge during setup on Wednesday. Vendor badges will be available for pickup at the Vendor Checkin Booth on Wednesday from 1 PM until 6 PM or on Thursday from 9 AM until noon.

All vendor booths must be staffed during the hours the expo is open to the public. If you need an exception, you will need to make prior arrangements. Vendors are required to stay inside the confines of their booth space during open hours to the public. Vendors may not create any hazard or impose undue hardship to the event, facilities, staff, operations, and visitors.

If you need to ship anything to the expo, you will need to make prior arrangements. Shipments can only be received between 10 AM and 4 PM on Tuesday, February 27th and Wednesday, February 28th, Ship to Gate River Run Runner's Expo, 510 Fairgrounds Place, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Handling changes may apply.

Electricity is available. The cost is $100 for all three days of the expo. You can select the option to add electricity to your booth during registration.
