TRANSFER YOUR ENTRY

If you are unable to join us on race weekend, you are allowed to transfer your entry. The transfer option is available until April 15th, 2024 at 11:59pm. There are two types of transfers available for this years event:


Transfer your registration to a new rider in the same race

To transfer your registration to a new person, please use your Race Roster account. Once logged in, select the “Transfer” button on the right side of the event page or on your participant dashboard and follow the prompts. This is the ONLY authorized way to transfer your entry to another person. There is a $20 transfer fee associated with transferring your registration to someone else.

  • IMPORTANT: You must reselect any products again during the transfer process as they do not carry over to the new registration. This includes the event t-shirt, pre & post race bus/truck, FinisherPix and the P2A Convenience package.
  • IMPORTANT: Any registration/product credits from the initial registration will be available for the new rider when accepting the transfer. The credits are only available when the new rider accepts the transfer. Any unused credits will not be carried forward or remain on a riders Race Roster account.
  • IMPORTANT: You must reselect your applicable start time during the transfer process as there are different criteria per start time. You must meet the criteria for P2A Cento Start 1 or P2A Classic Start 1 to choose that start time.

Transfer your registration to a new race

To transfer your registration to a new race, please use your Race Roster account. Once logged in, select the “Transfer” button on the right side of the event page or on your participant dashboard and follow the prompts. This is the ONLY authorized way to transfer your entry to a new race. There is a $1.95 transfer fee + any associated costs with upgrading/downgrading races. The original registration fee (registration & products) you paid will be used as a credit for the new registration.


For example, if you purchased a P2A Classic race for $95 and are now transferring to the P2A Cento race that costs $145, you will be responsible for the $50 difference + $1.95 transfer fee.

  • IMPORTANT: You must reselect any products again during the transfer process as they do not carry over to the new registration.
  • IMPORTANT: If you downgrade races, you will not receive a refund for the difference in registration.
