My Story…
If you know me, you know I'm absolutely not running a marathon - not even for my favourite charity! Not even so Nova Scotia children can have the nutrition and food skills they need to flourish in school and in life. Rest assured that I've once again chosen to participate in the 5 km virtual event and plan to swim the distance again this year, one kilometer each morning for five consecutive mornings in Mayreau's Saline Bay. I know it will be challenging, both physically and mentally (especially if we have any windy weather) and will so, so appreciate your support.
