The 2023 – 2024 season will see a return of the highly regarded
LGM Bunbury City Classic Triathlon
with this year’s event to again be held in the protected waters of Bunbury’s Koombana Bay

This event is part of the 2023/24 Senior State Series Competition & the
Junior State Series Competition (Restricted entry)
This year participants will have two race distances to choose from across three sub-events.
Standard length triathlon of 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike ride and 10 km run.
Enticer length of 250m swim, 10km bike ride and 2km run.
Standard distance Team triathlon
The Sprint triathlon is no longer restricted to 16-19 year old juniors (who must hold a Triathlon Australia membership.) Numbers to this event are limited however to 40 and we think they'll sell out fast
An Aquathlon is available for Trystars (Aged 7-11)
TEAMS
Team entries are available for the Standard Triathlon distance only.

Standard Distance 1st Male and Female competitor - $300 each *
Standard Distance 2nd Male and Female competitor -$250 each *
Standard Distance 3rd Male and Female competitor - $200 each *
* Prize money will only be paid to athletes who are current full financial TWA members at the time of competition.
Standard Distance First Place Team - $200
Wetsuits
We highly recommend you have a wetsuit available to wear for the swim leg.
A decision regarding wetsuit use will be made on the morning of the event by the Technical Delegate and compliance with that ruling is compulsory
