Triathlon Hawkes Summer Series

Well, when you think summer you must be thinking Triathlon! And the HB Triathlon Summer Series, Triathlon, Aqua Bike, Aquathon & Duathlon is what it's all about!
There are five events between November 2023 and March 2024. At each event there are five different races with different distance and options that should suit everyone from the absolute beginner to the seasoned athlete.

Our events cater for participants from the age of 7 to 99 and walkers are welcome and encouraged to enter.

The full Triathlon events are recommended for anyone aged 14 years and over, but we have other events such as an Aquathlon and Run Only. You can do the event as an individual or if that seems a bit much, get a friend and do it as a team. You could even get two friends and really have a fun and relaxed day out there.

On behalf of Triathlon Hawke's Bay, it is with great pleasure that we extend a warm welcome to all participants, supporters, and schools joining us for the Hawke's Bay Secondary Schools Individual Championships.The juniors are set to conquer the challenges of the short course Triathlon, while the seniors will tackle the longer sprint distance, pushing their limits and embodying the true spirit of triathlon.

All Cyclist must be off the Express way by 9am Marshalls will direct you from the bike course if they don't believe you are going to make it across the express way in time you are most welcome to continue on the run.

Start time for standard distance 6:45am

Prizegiving will be held at Pandora Pond after the event (approx 10.30am).
