Join us for the 1st Annual Run for Hope 5K on Saturday, April 6, 2024!
The Run for Hope 5K benefits Her Well. Her Well is a 501c3 Non-profit that is dedicated to serving survivors of sexual assault in the Waller, Fort Bend, and Harris counties. We guide Survivors to reclaim their hope, regain their voice, and resist the urge to isolate.
Her Well will guide survivors to overcome the fear of their past and heal mentally, physically, and spiritually. This event will continue to help Her Well provide quality crisis intervention services to anyone who may need it, without a fee.
Her Well is committed to ending sexual violence through education, counseling, medical care, and basic self-defense courses.

Our Mission
Run for Hope's mission is to raise funds that can be used to help victims of sexual assault. These funds will help us continue our mission here at Her Well providing care, counseling, medical care, and basic self-defense training. At Her Well we are committed to helping women heal from the aftermath of sexual trauma. We know that healing is a journey, and we're here to support survivors every step of the way.

- Packet Pick-up will take place Friday, April 5th, 2024 from 2:00-6:30 PM at Dick's House of Sport (24600 Katy Fwy Ste 1100, Katy, TX 77494)
- All participants receive a race bib, a Run for Hope 5K unisex t-shirt, and a finisher medal.
- Family and Kids' K will receive a shirt and finisher medal.
- Join in the fun after the race with food and drink, music, and great fun for the whole family!
