St Paul Winter Carnival/St Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation

The Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation is a certified 501(c)(3) organization that proudly produces the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and the Cinco de Mayo – West Side Saint Paul festival each year.
