Fee
- $90 from June 2 to September 8, 2024.
- Online registration closes on September 8, 2024, at 5 pm.
- $100 at the event on Tuesday, September 10, at check-in from 5 pm to 6 pm.
- Fees cannot be refunded or transferred

Learn about goal setting, injury prevention, proper walking and running form, clothing, and exercising in West Coast weather! Our programs will get you moving!

*Clinic participants are encouraged to register for the Ceevacs Roadrunners Cowichan Autumn Classic. The Cowichan Autumn Classic offers a 5km, 10km, Combo (5 km + 10 km) & Kids 1.2km.

- Teens aged 12 to 19 must have approval from parent/guardian and clinic head coach
