Help Sarah raise money

Hello Friends!

I'm participating in my first Sprint Triathlon on August 18th, 2024! (Apologies to all who have had to listen to me talk about it constantly for the last many months!) 

I chose the Toronto Island Triathlon because this event supports the Alzheimer's Society of Toronto, a cause that is near and dear to my heart. I am doing this race in honour of many loved ones, including my beloved grandmother, Doris, who lived with Alzheimer's for many years. 

Your support to this important organization means so much as they work hard to alleviate the personal and social consequences of this disease and promote further research.
