The event consists of a Try-A-Tri, Super Sprint, Sprint and Olympic Distance Triathlon. The day truly does offer something for everyone, whether you’re an elite athlete or a first timer this is your day. Teams welcome in all events as well.

*The Super Sprint is the same distance as the Try-A-Tri but is a Timed Event, the Try-A-Tri is Not Timed.
Swim
- The swim is a rectangle swim, the long sides run parallel to the shore and will be as close to shore as we can set it up
- The swim course will be a loop course - one loop for the Sprint, two for the Olympic and a partial for the Try-A-Tri and Super Sprint
Bike
- All Events are an out and back
Run
- This is a loop course and you stay on the beach road and use the trails at the end of the beach road
- Sprint is one loop, up and back, and the Olympic is two loops up and back, the Try-A-Tri / Super Sprint is 1 Km up and 1 Km back
- The run for all events is “Pancake Flat” and the trails offer full shade
Important Notice Concerning The Transition Area
To control traffic for the safety of our participants on the bike portion of the race route and in the transition area itself, please note that the transition area will remain Closed until 11:00 AM or until ALL BIKES are re-racked. Please plan to stay at the event and cheer on your fellow athletes until the transition area reopens at 11:00 am.
