My Story…
On November 24, 2024, I am running the Philadelphia Marathon to raise funds for AACR (American Association for Cancer Research,) in memory of my Uncle Bill who lost his battle with cancer in April 2024.
Uncle Bill was a joyous man who made everyone around him laugh. He is dearly missed. Following the suit of my beloved Barthorpe cousins, I have decided to fundraise for cancer research with AACR. I am running for Uncle Bill’s memory, but also to honor the cancer survivors in my family: my mom, dad, and Aunt Jackie.
