Swim - 600m
Swim in the iconic Greg Cruickshank Aquatic Centre. Participants will be sent off in waves of 5 every 1minute and swim up and down in each lane prior to moving into the next lane to finish at the end closest to the bike entry.
Cycle - 20km (3 laps)
