• Time: Race kicks off at 6 a.m. – Arrive at 5 a.m. to secure parking.
• Location: Chinmaya Mission Ashram - 1 Swami Chinmayananda Drive, Calcutta Rd #1, Mc Bean, Couva

5K Route

1. Start at Chinmaya Ashram Calcutta Road #1
2. Proceed West
3. Turn left onto the Southern Main Road
4. Proceed South up to Roystonia Road
5. Make a U-turn
6. Proceed North on the Southern Main Road
7. Turn Right onto Calcutta Road #1
8. Proceed East to Chinmaya Ashram where the race ends

7.5K Route

1. Start at Chinmaya Ashram Calcutta Road #1
2. Proceed West
3. Turn left onto the Southern Main Road
4. Turn right onto the Couva Main Road
5. Continue West along the Southern Main Rd. up to the Couva Police Station
6. Turn Right onto Karamdeen St. at the Couva Car park
7. Continue West up to Quality Cash and Carry Supermarket
8. Turn Right onto Exchange Lots Road
9. Continue on Exchange Lots Road up to the 'Four Roads junction'
10. Turn Right on Exchange Estate Road
11. Proceed East towards the Exchange Traffic Lights
12. Turn Left onto the Southern Main Road
13. Proceed North
14. Turn Right onto Calcutta Road #1
15. Proceed East to Chinmaya Ashram where the race ends
