My Story…

I will be doing my first 10k run this weekend in honor of our nephew if you would like to make a small donation. Ruck 4 Freedom is an honorary Ruck where the community comes together with our Active Duty Military, Veterans, and First Responders. The official charity of RUCK 4 FREEDOM is HOPE Mental Health Foundation.
