Volunteer Registration is OPEN – thank you for your support of the 2024 RUCK4HIT Cape Cod event!
Please complete this online registration form, which includes your t-shirt size (unisex sizing) and then choose your preferred location (start/finish/various runner exchanges) from the drop-down menu provided. You can sign up for 1-3 exchanges. Please be mindful of a.m. vs. p.m. times and be sure to allow for plenty of driving time between your two exchanges!
To say thanks to each of you, a Volunteer Appreciation Party will be held on Monday, April 22nd at Cape Cod Coffee, 10 Evergreen Circle in Mashpee at 6PM.
