My Story…
Our synagogue is a hub of activity in the Bathurst and Wilson area of Toronto. The shul supports youth activities, community gathering and events, countless charitable endeavors and is always open to many in the neighborhood needing a place do daven, socialize or have a shabbat lunch/kiddush. This year the Constantine run fundraising drive will direct funds to our expanding youth programs as young families flock to Shaarei Tefillah and we look to engage the youth with shabbat and holiday programs. This Year’s Running Campaign is “Run for the Future – Our STC Youth!”
There is nothing more important for our shul community and for the Toronto Jewish community, than investing in our youth. Strong Jewishly committed and proud youth are the only way to secure a strong Jewish future. This year, we are investing heavily in our youth program, expanding programming to connect them to Shabbat and Chagim, bringing in Israeli Shinshinim to connect them to Israel, giving them space to lead services to connect them to Tefillah, and providing opportunities to have them both learn and share Torah to connect them to our values!
