Teams will compete with all other team entries
Olympic distance! (for all the distance junkies): 10 - 40 - 5
There will be no water stations so runners must be self-sufficient for race hydration.
Light individual refreshments will be provided post-race.

DIRECTIONS
From Hwy 401, take exit 778. Travel south on Moulinette Road to Long Sault. Follow thru the round-about onto Long Sault Parkway. Continue on Parkway to registration booth on top of hill.
