Samson Teen Sprint

The Samson Teen Sprint is an event on the day of the Lismore Samson Fitness Challenge.

This event is for 12 to 15-year-olds keen to participate in the Samson Challenge. It is a 3 km sprint that starts at 9.30 am at Hepburn Park.

The course is from Hepburn Park, down Oliver Ave to a turnaround point near GSAC and returning to the oval.

The road will be manned by volunteers, and the running course will be marked clearly by Lack however, Olivier Ave will not be closed, and caution must be taken at all times and all competitors must obey the event marshals.

The Samson Teen Sprint will not be a timed event; however, medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each age category.

All Competitors must wear bibs and headbands to be identified and ready at the start of the Teen Sprint Area by 9.00 am.

Pre- Registration is $10 and $15 on the day. Competitors will need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
