Included with your in-person event registration:

ALL proceeds from the event go to the programs and services at the Thames Valley Children's Centre. We hope our participants can understand that we order items for the event and race kits early in the year. All printing begins at M&T printing group by Monday, May 20th for the June 9th event. We will try to accommodate and be as flexible as we can with distance changes, injuries, cancelations, etc. until a few weeks prior to the event.

• Provided the events are not sold out, you may change your distance online until Sunday, May 19th. If you are choosing to transfer into a longer distance, there will be an additional transfer fee. f you would like to change your distance after Sunday May 19, please visit the Solutions Table at Packet Pick Up on Saturday June 8th in Victoria Park.
• There will be no refunds to transfer into a shorter distance, or into a virtual event.
• In the event that you can't participate in a race you have registered for, you can transfer your registration to another person online until Sunday, May 19th. You will be fully refunded by Race Roster, and the new participant will pay in full online. We will never ask you to pay via e-transfer. If you would like to transfer your registration after Sunday May 19, please visit the Solutions Table at Packet Pick Up on Saturday June 8th in Victoria Park.
• It is possible to defer your registration to the next year up until Thursday, May 16th for a $25 fee.
• Your race registration is non-refundable. If you purchased the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Policy and would like to request a refund, you will find all of the necessary information in the email sent to you by Protecht / Reg Shield.

In the event that the in-person races should be held in an adapted or alternative way, including a virtual race for reasons beyond the control of the organizing committee, such as the weather or a pandemic situation including COVID-19 and/or other variants, no refund will be possible.

• You will still receive your race kit and be able to participate in the July virtual event. We are a non-profit event and planning for our June event gets underway in the fall, using funds that we anticipate from registration.
• We will do everything we can to have safety measures in place for an in-person event, however, we do not have control if gathering restrictions are put in place by our Middlesex-London Health Unit or the Government of Ontario. We rely on the decisions made by the provincial and/or municipal levels of Government in terms of canceling the event due to weather, gathering restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Entry fees will be charged in Canadian funds.
• The online processing fee/taxes are not included in the above price list.
• All entries paid by credit card will incur a processing fee.
• Prices are + HST
