ALL proceeds from the event go to the programs and services at the Thames Valley Children's Centre. We hope our participants can understand that we order items for the event and race kits early in the year. All printing begins at M&T printing group by Monday, May 20th for the June 9th event. We will try to accommodate and be as flexible as we can with distance changes, injuries, cancelations, etc. until a few weeks prior to the event.
- Provided the events are not sold out, you may change your distance online until Sunday, May 19th. If you are choosing to transfer into a longer distance, there will be an additional transfer fee. f you would like to change your distance after Sunday May 19, please visit the Solutions Table at Packet Pick Up on Saturday June 8th in Victoria Park.
- There will be no refunds to transfer into a shorter distance, or into a virtual event.
- In the event that you can't participate in a race you have registered for, you can transfer your registration to another person online until Sunday, May 19th. You will be fully refunded by Race Roster, and the new participant will pay in full online. We will never ask you to pay via e-transfer. If you would like to transfer your registration after Sunday May 19, please visit the Solutions Table at Packet Pick Up on Saturday June 8th in Victoria Park.
- It is possible to defer your registration to the next year up until Thursday, May 16th for a $25 fee.
- Your race registration is non-refundable. If you purchased the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection Policy and would like to request a refund, you will find all of the necessary information in the email sent to you by Protecht / Reg Shield.
