Cathleen Stone Island Outward Bound (formerly known as Thompson Island Outward Bound) is an education center located in the heart of the Boston Harbor with a core mission of building stronger, more equitable school communities by delivering free experiential learning programs that boost academic success and foster personal growth. Our flagship program model, Connections, is a multi-year program which provides 6th through 8th grade students with hands-on field science lessons and social-emotional development through Outward Bound's unique approach to building leadership, compassion, and service.
We are thrilled to be a part of the Numbers for Nonprofits Charity Program for the 2024 ASICS Falmouth Road Race for the second time, and to invite 10 runners to be a part of Team Cathleen Stone Island Outward Bound for this year's race. Help us reach our goal!
