Hello! We are team Miles for Michael. Erin Doucette, Michael Doucette, Josh Daisy, and Sarah Willcox. We are honored to announce that we will be running the Falmouth Road race this August with the Herren Project!
The Herren Project is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help individuals and families live healthy lives by preventing substance misuse, celebrating recovery, and creating resilient communities. Over 46.3 million Americans have at least one addiction with only 1 in 10 able to receive the quality treatment they deserve to recover.
We are running with the Herren Project to help bring awareness and support to those who are battling this disease. Far too often addiction is only seen in a negative light. By joining this project, we are hoping to encourage positive discussions, asking for help, and seeking recovery with support of loved ones.
We will be running in your memory Dad! In hopes of helping others in need!
