Thank you for visiting my fundraising page! On January 8th, 2024 I entered treatment for depression and alcohol abuse which started my recovery journey. The treatment I received truly saved my life. It allowed my beautiful wife Teresa and son Brayden to have the husband and father that they both deserve. So far in my recovery journey, I have learned that there is so much to live for and I value each and every day. I am honored to run the 2024 Falmouth road race with the Herren Project!
The Herren Project’s mission is to “help individuals and families to live healthy, fulfilling lives by preventing substance misuse, celebrating recovery, and creating resilient communities.” - Herren Project (for more information about the Herren Project you can visit their website at herrenproject.org).
