My Story
I remember what happened to Vanessa Marcotte like it was yesterday, and how how terrified it made me feel because it took place just a few short miles from where I lived. Women should not have to feel afraid to get outside and live their best lives. We all should be armed with the knowledge and tools to help protect ourselves and stay safe!
Description
Every 68 seconds, someone in the U.S. is assaulted.
Please support my charity run for the Vanessa T. Marcotte Foundation. Together, we can help create a safer world. The Foundation works to decrease objectification and violence, and to promote safety awareness and gender equality. It furthers its mission of empowering women to live boldly and fearlessly by providing vital resources, personal safety training and educational opportunities, as well as through partnerships with like-minded organizations to address the root causes of violence against women.
