My Story…
I will be running the Falmouth Road Race again this year, this time as part of the Cape Cod Healthcare team, supporting the Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation. The Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation is a registered charity to support CCH, FH, VNA, and other critical services in our Cape Cod community. CCHC continues to be a non-profit and independent community healthcare system.
This year, I am raising funds in support of the VNA of Cape Cod Hospice. VNA Hospice is the highest-rated hospice on Cape Cod and offers more services, both clinical and complementary, than any other hospice in the region. The hospice staff work as a team with the person, family, and caregivers to maximize physical comfort and provide ongoing emotional support.
