My Story…
It's an honor to once again represent Mental Health Collaborative for this year's Falmouth Road Race. Mental health issues are as widespread as they are stigmatized, and the MHC works to enhance the mental well-being of our communities by building awareness and providing education. I have seen mental health issues affect my family and community, and I know that I am not alone in that respect. Please considering donating to or volunteering for the MHC this year, and help them make a difference!
Description
We believe that with education and awareness, we can work together to decrease stigma and open the door to conversations about mental illness. Our mission is to build informed, resilient communities through education and awareness. We hope to improve mental health literacy in as many communities as we can.
