It has been 5 years since William passed away - it hardly seems possible. As William's peers complete their K-8 education at the Carlisle Public Schools and move on to high school, they carry William with them, forever in their hearts, and continue to honor William's memory by staying true to his challenge: Be Yourself! 

In my 3rd year on the William's Be Yourself Challenge Falmouth Road Race Team, I couldn't be prouder of this incredible group of runners who will challenge themselves along the 7-mile course. We make a commitment to train hard, fundraise to support our mission, support our teammates, and have fun! When I think of that fun-loving, curly-haired boy who brought joy to all who knew him, I'm excited to be at the starting line on race day, honoring the life of a very special boy, and giving it my all!
