I am thrilled that I once again have the opportunity to run the Falmouth Road Race on behalf of the ARC of the South Shore. The ARC is dedicated to helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their best lives.  For example, through programs they offer, Isabel and I go to holiday parties, the movies, adaptive fitness, and music therapy groups (her favorite).  From therapeutic services to community events to parent groups to advocacy work, they are a hard-working organization.  Your money will truly be put to good use to help improve the lives of some of the most vulnerable individuals.
