My Story
I live in Princeton MA, where on August 7, 2016, Vanessa Marcotte was assaulted and murdered while out for a walk/run. I have been a runner for 48 years, and I wholeheartedly support the work of this incredible organization named in her memory. Please join me in helping the Vanessa T Marcotte foundation continue its vital work to make the world a place in which girls and women can feel safe being active.

Please support my charity run for the Vanessa T. Marcotte Foundation. Together, we can help create a safer world. The Foundation works to decrease objectification and violence, and to promote safety awareness and gender equality. It furthers its mission of empowering women to live boldly and fearlessly by providing vital resources, personal safety training and educational opportunities, as well as through partnerships with like-minded organizations to address the root causes of violence against women.
