Help Diane raise money

Running the Falmouth road race has always been on my bucket list, and living on Cape Cod seemed like a dream that could only happen when I was retired. As of August 2023 I am a Centerville resident and as of August 2024 I am running the Falmouth road race. When signing up for the Falmouth road race I was overwhelmed with the multitude of incredible organizations that help so many residents of Cape Cod and New England. Tommy's Place stood out to me for many reasons. 

Not only is Tommy's Place within the town I reside in, but this organization gives their all to children who are struggling with cancer, and they provide a week of pure joy to children and their families at no cost, for memories that mean more than anything. Cancer has affected both friends and family that I have held close to my heart, and experiencing those challenges and losses that come with this disease are unimaginable.

Knowing that so many children and their families endure this pain is beyond unfathomable. But knowing that a local organization provides a vacation of a lifetime to children with cancer and their families at no cost makes me not only proud to live in Centerville but gives me the opportunity to be fully invested in a cause that changes lives for the better.
