We are running the 2024 Falmouth Road Race for Independence House to help raise much awareness and funds for those who need our help to live life free from domestic and sexual violence.

I truly believe that I am here today because of the help that I received from others. It takes a community! And we have to create the community we want to be a part of  ~ It's all teamwork. That is why I am so proud to be  a part of the team once again and helping to raise money for Independence House. 

I can personally attest to their services. The kind, hard-working and empathetic staff help to create a safe and welcoming environment for those who are in need of a safe space on their survival journey.

The Falmouth Road Race is a 7-mile seacoast run. Dedicate any of the miles on the course with your donation - by name or anonymously. Take a look at the course map at if it helps you choose.  The last mile will be for all of us! <3

Thank you so much for your support! I am so excited & honored to be running for Independence House this year. As a survivor myself, it means so much to give back to an organization doing incredible work and to also raise awareness of the IPV & SA crisis in our country right now. Having worked in crisis counseling and IPV survivor support in Vermont during the pandemic, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative & empowering impact of organizations like Independence House that are dedicated to supporting survivors & their families. Independence House is the largest private non-profit on Cape Cod that works with domestic & sexual violence survivors & their families, so any donation you can make will go far!
