This year, on August 18th, I will be running the Falmouth Road Race to support The Herron Project! The Herron Project is dedicated to individuals and families affected by substance use disorder and work tirelessly to foster not only recovery, but also healing, overall wellness and prevention for all those affected by addiction. Recovery is possible and education is critical. Join me in supporting this wonderful organization!
