My Story…
As a first time Falmouth Road Race participant, I am ecstatic to be a member of the Be Like Brit team. Being an educator, I am proud to be supporting the mission of this foundation. Be Like Brit is dedicated to supporting the next generation of leaders in Haiti through quality education at Brit's Academy. Along with this, the foundation provides community outreach, healthcare, and programming to support both the cognitive and social-emotional development of the children on the island of Haiti.
Along with beginning my career as a teacher, I have developed a passion for running during my time spent outside of the classroom. Being able to now use this passion as a means to support the youth outside of my own classroom is truly rewarding.
