I'm so excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race for the first time this year for such a great cause! Hospitality Homes provides housing for patients and their families while they are receiving critical medical treatments in the Boston area.
Working at a big Boston hospital myself, I often see how patients and their families struggle to find affordable housing while their loved ones are in critical condition or are receiving long course treatments in the hospital. A lot of people come from out of state and options in the city are very expensive while battling medical bills at the same time.
It's rewarding to know that by raising money for Hospitality homes, I'll be giving people the opportunity to seek specialized care in the Boston area, and for families to be together in a very difficult time in their lives.

I'm so proud to be a member of TEAM HOSPITALITY HOMES in this year's Falmouth Road Race!
Your support means the world to me and will help continue to provide housing for patients and families traveling to Boston for critical medical treatment.
With the prohibitively expensive costs of local hotels- averaging $260 per night- and the lack of sufficient hospital- sponsored housing, many patients struggle with what to do, balancing these and other out-of-pocket expenses with the already high cost of responding to a complex or chronic illness.
