Help Michael raise money

One for the money, two for the show. We're still on the Cape, so three times we will go!

I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to run in the 52nd Annual Falmouth Road Race on August 18th, 2024! After completing this historic race for the first time with my uncle in 2022, I took to the hills of Woods Hole by myself last year (competitive runner and friend Kenny left me at the starting line). Just like previous years, I have committed to running seven miles to raise funds for an awesome, local non-profit. Any chance to fundraise for Moving Forward Inc will get me off the couch and moving!

Moving Forward Inc is a nonprofit organization making a difference in lives of very bright individuals needing social integration support. Servicing individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities and anxiety issues, this is a special place where members are surrounded by peers and treated with respect while working hard to meet goals. During the height of COVID, Moving Forward Inc purchased a building in West Barnstable (MA), miraculously finished renovations, and moved in early Spring 2021. The charity team in 2022 was able to raise funds to help defray some of the cost associated with this endeavor (including new windows!), and last year's team raised funds to aid in the purchasing of a 12-person van for this awesome program.  

This year, the race team is raising funds to enable the growth of Moving Forward's program space. Moving Forward Inc will remain intentionally small, but will use these funds for a small addition to allow the expansion for some of their activities. I've had the pleasure of planning projects and serving with the Moving Forward team in the past, and there is NO non-profit I'd rather be supporting with this effort!
